I just got back from Halloween in the Castro in San Francisco, where I went dressed as a gorilla. The costume was borrowed from my friend Chris at UC Davis, and was supposed to be Bigfoot, but everybody just assumed it was a gorilla. It was an odd, and very fun experience. I couldn't see very well out of my mask, and the gorilla feet weren't very comfortable, and I kept bumping into people. All kinds of random people talked to me, or touched my fur, and a lot of others asked to have their photo taken with me. Usually in these cases I could hardly see who was standing next to me, only that I was supposed to face in a certain direction. I didn't get many pictures myself of this, but I like the one below. These guys screamed at first when I walked towards them and shouted "Bananas!"
